✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must be in unused or gently used condition
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Instructions: We'll send you return shipping instructions within 24 hours
  3. Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and ship it to the address provided
  4. Get Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

💳 Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

📦 Return Shipping

Defective Products: If your product is defective or damaged, we'll cover the return shipping cost. Contact us for a prepaid return label.

Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind or sizing issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color:

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
